Nokia 3250 Proves Popular
Nokia's music handset, the 3250, has proven to be particularly popular with consumers, according to a press release from Nokia today, with more than 1,000,000 of the handsets sold world wide. The 3250 is notable for coming with 1Gb of on-board memory, allowing storage of up to 750-odd songs in a variety of formats, including MP3, WMA, M4A, AAC and eAAC+.
"As the world's largest manufacturer of digital music players, Nokia continues to lead the way in making mobile music widely accessible," says Heikki Norta, Senior Vice President of Nokia's Lifestyle Products Group. "As we enter the summer holiday season, the Nokia 3250 is an ideal travel companion - it stores all your favourite songs, records fondest summer memories, and even has an off-line mode for those endless long-haul flights."
The 3250 also comes in an array of fetching colours, with the pale pink version shown here. Whilst Nokia claim that the high volume of sales shows consumer faith in the S60 software that underlies the handset, I think it probably has more do with the phone being able to be used as an iPod replacement.

Welcome to the bottom of the food chain. If you want to survive, you will have to eat your way to the top. Bigger fish will eat you and it's game over. If it's smaller than you, it's on the menu.
Who Will Be Lunch?
In Food Chain, you start by controlling the smallest fish in the pond. You must avoid getting eaten by larger fish, while trying to eat fish smaller than you. After eating a certain number of smaller fish, your fish "evolves" to the next size up, and becomes a more powerful player in the food chain. Stay alive and dominate the food chain to get the highest score.
Tips / Tricks
* Focus on getting big while small. While small you have a speed advantage, but are also the most vulnerable.
* When you're bigger, you can rack up points quickly because your "lunch menu" has more selection.
* When you are larger, it becomes more difficult to chase down smaller fish. Be more patient and don't make the acrobatic maneuvers that you were able to handle while small.
* Be careful to avoid fish the same size as you, they cannot eat you, but will damage you.
* Search for power-ups that will increase your chances for survival: turbo, energy boost, power shield and feeding frenzy.
* Remember: The larger you become, the more energy you expend while hunting. You will need to consume vast amounts of fish to stay alive the higher you get on the Food Chain.
