First Day of on the MTN Training
Today was Storm's first day of training on Brundage Mountain, just North of McCall, ID. After a brief introduction to the Payette Lakes Ski Patrol Leader, it's official. Storm is now an Avalanche Dog in training at Brundage Mountain. Storm spent the day today learning to ride the Blue Bird Express, Brundage Mountain's high-speed quad chairlift. He's a little freaked out about the height, but he's adapting well. I suspect another couple of rides are all it will take to get him comfortable with the idea. He worked hard today, and he was one pooped puppy when it was over....
